Simple and automatic
How Cocoon Rewards works
No cards to carry and no app to download. Use the same email address when booking directly and your eligible points are added after the treatment is completed and payment has settled.

What normally qualifies
Earn through direct bookings
- Eligible treatments booked directly through Cocoon
- Points added after a completed, fully settled appointment
- Eligible card, cash and gift-card-funded treatment spend
- Points based on the amount actually paid after discounts and adjustments

What does not earn points
- Treatments booked through Treatwell
- Cancelled appointments, no-show fees and refunded amounts
- Buying a gift card, although eligible treatment spend paid with one can qualify
For existing clients
Your earlier visits may already count
Eligible direct treatments completed before the Rewards launch can be recognised as founding-client rewards. Sign in with the email address you used to book and any matched balance will appear securely in My Cocoon.
The current founding-client window starts on 1 January 2026 and runs up to the Rewards launch on 14 July 2026. Normal eligibility rules still apply.

Use Google, a passkey, or the secure link and one-time code sent to your email.

Choose your treatment
Book directly through Cocoon using the same verified client details.

Select your available reward
Apply an available £10 increment before payment. At least £1 may need to remain payable.
Points expire after 18 months without qualifying earning or redemption activity. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or applied retrospectively.
